Where It All Began

Salty Woods started with a simple experience that sparked a much bigger idea.

After visiting a salt room with a friend in 2020, I fell in love with the peaceful atmosphere and the idea of creating a space where people could step away from everyday life, slow down and simply relax.

Already the owner of The Station Hair Parlor, I knew I wanted Salty Woods to feel different — warm, welcoming, a little earthy and never stuffy.

What began with salt therapy has grown into so much more. Today, Salty Woods brings together salt therapy, luxury head spa, skincare, massage + body services, botanical nail care, wellness events and little ways to help you slow down and take care of yourself.

Come as you are. Relax for a while. Leave feeling a little more like yourself. 💚
