Unlimited Salt Session Membership - Terms & Conditions.

Membership Overview:

By enrolling in the Unlimited Salt Session Membership, you agree to a recurring monthly plan that allows unlimited access to salt therapy sessions at Salty Woods Greenwood. This membership is billed automatically every month and continues on a month-to-month basis until canceled.

1. Membership Benefits:

  • Unlimited standard salt therapy sessions (subject to availability).

  • Advance booking is required to ensure session availability.

  • Membership is non-transferable and for individual use only.

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal:

  • Your membership will auto-renew every month on the date of original enrollment.

  • The monthly fee will be charged automatically to the card on file.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure payment information is up to date.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by accessing your membership online via your digital certificate or by providing written notice at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • If not cancelled online, cancellations may be submitted via email, text, or in person.

  • No partial refunds will be given for unused time within the billing cycle.

4. Session Guidelines:

  • ID required during check in.

  • Appointments are required; walk-ins are subject to availability.

  • Members must adhere to all salt room etiquette, including avoiding strong fragrances and arriving on time.

  • Missed appointments or no-shows could result in a temporary booking restriction to ensure fairness to other members.

5. Terms Subject to Change:
Salty Woods reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, or benefits at any time with 30 days’ notice. You will be notified of any changes via email.

By enrolling in the Unlimited Salt Session Membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
